Dear clever cow I do hope you remember us from may,when we travelled all the way to you from Axminster,Devon, to collect 3 sizes of ur totally astonishing rainbow sponges. Anyway this is how they turned out.I am very very proud with my finished cake! I know you wanted a photo of us eating it but i'm afraid we totally forgot to even cut the cake on the day(sign of a bloody good wedding!)When we did cut it on the monday we couldn't believe the intense colours and will always always regret not cutting it on the day! It was the best sponge i have ever tasted(believe me i have tasted hundreds) and stayed completely moist and fresh until thursday-8 days after you baked it. Yet another fantastic cake, made at short notice. This time the most delicious tasting cheesecake ever tasted. Decorated with raspberries and blackcurrents to design the shape of the Trinidad flag for a special reunion party. Everyone said the cheesecake was the best they had tasted and it went too quickly. Wow...thanks for the brilliant beach/lifeguard cup cakes you made at such short notice for my daughter Heidi's 21st Birthday. Everybody admired them and they went down a treat and tasted delicious. Dear Jennie & Sarah I just wanted to say thank you again for the brilliant cake. My Mum & Dad loved it so much. It took a while to persuade my Mum to let us actually cut it to eat some of it! She let us pulled my Dad off the chair and eat some of his chair but she would not get off the sofa or let us touch that! It was so good of you to do it at such short notice and I would have been ordering it much earlier had I not had my heart attack so that threw everything into a last minute panic but just wanted to say you did a brilliant job and thank you very much.
